I had the opportunity to spend last week in Shanghai.
The town is very nice. Taxis are cheap and abundant, you just need the address in Chinese. Street signs have street names in Latin as well, thus getting around isn’t much of a problem.
Highlights for me start with the sheer pace of development. The town is full of skyscrapers (the Pudong area is nothing but 🙂 ) and most of these have been built during last 15 years. People are friendly. I think we saw a total of 4 drunk people on the street. Five, if you count the drunkard who reportedly climbed on a police motorcycle in front of the Babyface club. Is there anywhere where that’s a good idea?
I made a short video of the smaller room in Babyface. A selection of the photos is also available for your pleasure.
